Find Your Voice
One of the most beautiful results of being part of a Women’s Wellness Circle is we are given the space to find our voice. To speak our truths in safety and with the support of our entire Circle. We are granted extreme power when we speak our words allowed.
Sometimes we need some help with this. When we sit together and learn from one another this provides just enough spark to allow us to find that bravery to let our voices be heard.
Allowing the other Women of our Circle to hold the space for us to dip our toe into that bravery-pond just might be what we need! This may give us just the jumping off point we need share outside of the safety and comfort of the Circle.

I offer you this; take some time right now to pull out your calendar, Day-Timer, set a phone reminder, or whatever method of scheduling your life you use now. Take an honest look at what you have coming up over the next 3-4 weeks and see if you can find a block of time. Once you have found that schedule in your Sacred Time. Write it in pen so you cannot erase it! Promise yourself that nothing will stop you from keeping this time open just for you.
See if a friend can join you. Hold space for each other. Listen to each other. Hold each other’s hand (even if this means virtually). Speak your truth. Share it out loud.
